A lolly in a cake

The beautiful country that i was born and raised in has some delightful quirks, sayings, festivals, locations, people, objects as well as recipes. One that is a never fail on any front ( i am yet to meet someone who does not enjoy this little delight!) is lolly cake. really, lollies in a cake, how can you go wrong! I dont know if it is the fact that it is SO bad for you, the novelty of eating lollies in a cake or the fun colours of it but this guy is a golden gem not to be missed. So go and find some kiwi friends and demand they make it for you! (like my lovely friend did!)
